Chloe Joanna believes everyone has the right to live a joyful and purposeful life and that with the right tools and support, individuals can find their way back home to themselves. Healing generational wounds, personal trauma, and limiting beliefs can feel overwhelming, but it does not have to be done alone.

Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, Chloe creates trauma-informed spaces where healing, growth, and transformation can unfold. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner, she blends evidence-based understanding with holistic healing practices to support each person's unique journey toward greater self-trust, connection, and inner freedom.

Credentials

Chloe earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Amherst College where she conducted research and completed an honors thesis on schemas and cognitive development. She went on to complete her master’s in social work at Columbia University in New York, NY, where her primary focus was severe mental illness and first psychotic breaks. Chloe has over 10 years’ experience working as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in both hospital settings and private practice, with a specialty in trauma and somatic work.

Chloe has followed her intuition and stepped more fully into her calling as a healer, embracing a path that feels deeply authentic, creative, and aligned with her purpose. Along this journey, she completed Breathwork Facilitator Training with David Elliott and Reiki Levels I & II with Erika Spring of Maha Rose. This path has allowed her to support others in reconnecting with their innate wisdom, healing old wounds, and returning home to themselves.

Areas of Focus

Chloe's work centers on helping people heal their relationship with themselves. She believes that many struggles in adulthood—including difficulties in relationships, patterns of addiction, anxiety, people-pleasing, and chronic self-doubt—often stem from wounds formed in childhood. Through a combination of Breathwork, Reiki, and her background in trauma-informed therapy, she helps clients uncover limiting beliefs, process stored emotions, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-trust and self-worth.

Chloe believes healing happens when we move beyond survival mode and create safety within the body, mind, and spirit. From this place of safety, individuals can reconnect with their authentic selves, develop healthier relationships, and create lives rooted in purpose, connection, and joy.

Drawing from both lived experience and clinical expertise, Chloe specializes in supporting individuals healing from childhood trauma, family-of-origin wounds, addiction and sobriety challenges, attachment wounds, relationship struggles, and patterns that keep them disconnected from themselves and others. She has a particular passion for supporting women and women of color in reclaiming their voice, worth, and inner wisdom.

Lived Healing Experience

Growing up in an emotionally chaotic and neglectful environment, Chloe internalized the belief at a young age that she was somehow not enough. Like many people navigating childhood wounds, she developed coping strategies that helped her survive, including people-pleasing, perfectionism, and seeking validation outside of herself. Beneath these patterns were struggles with anxiety, shame, addiction, insecure attachment, and difficulty trusting her own needs and intuition.

Through a holistic healing journey that integrated therapy, recovery, Breathwork, Reiki, and nervous system work, Chloe gradually moved from survival mode into a life rooted in greater self-worth, authenticity, connection, creativity, and peace.

Today, she combines lived experience with clinical training to support others in healing old wounds, building healthier relationships, and returning home to themselves
