Breathwork
Healing isn’t always about learning something new.
Sometimes it’s about finally releasing what you’ve been carrying.
The effects of childhood wounds, difficult relationships, trauma, grief, addiction and chronic stress can remain stored within the body long after we understand them intellectually. Breathwork creates space to process these experiences on a deeper level, supporting emotional healing, nervous system regulation and a more authentic connection to yourself.
At Haus of Naya, breathwork is used as a pathway back to the parts of yourself that have always been there beneath the survival strategies, protective patterns and stories that no longer serve you.
What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an active meditation and somatic healing practice that helps individuals access emotions, patterns and experiences stored within the body. By working directly with the breath, it becomes possible to move beyond intellectual understanding and into embodied healing.
Many people arrive at breathwork after years of personal growth, therapy, recovery work, or self-development and discover that it allows them to access deeper layers of healing that talking alone could not reach.
How Breathwork Supports Healing
Life experiences shape both the mind and the body.
Childhood wounds, difficult relationships, chronic stress, addiction, grief and trauma can leave lasting imprints on the nervous system. Over time, these experiences may contribute to patterns such as anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional reactivity, disconnection, or a persistent feeling of being stuck.
Breathwork helps create the conditions for these patterns to be explored, processed, and released. Through intentional breathing, the body is given an opportunity to move out of survival mode and into greater regulation, presence, and connection.
The result is often a deeper sense of freedom, self-trust, emotional resilience, and inner peace.
The Breathwork Practice
Haus of Naya utilizes a two-stage Pranayama breath, consisting of two inhales—one into the belly and one into the chest—followed by an exhale.
This breathing pattern temporarily activates the nervous system, creating an opportunity for emotional processing and release. During a session, participants may experience sensations such as tingling, shaking, emotional release, shifts in awareness, or a profound sense of calm. These responses are natural and part of the mind-body healing process.
All sessions are guided with a trauma-informed approach that honors individual experiences and personal pace.

Testimonials
“Chloe’s breath work class caused a true, deep, meaningful shift in my energy that I did NOT see coming. She was calm and inviting in her short explanation of what was to be expected from the class. I felt safe to ask questions. She led us in a challenging breath work class where I felt so viscerally a huge release of energy and emotion that had been buried deeply. Her class was perfect for me as someone who is just open and willing but had no understanding of breath work before this class. I cannot wait for the next one!”
— Soley O.“I really enjoyed Chloe's breathwork class and it was just what i needed. It was a safe space for me to be myself and focus on connecting with my mind and body in a loving way. I appreciate the amount of care and attention Chloe puts into helping others and I am eternally grateful.”
— Marty W.“I came in nervous. I don't do this sort of stuff a ton. I figured I knew what I was in for... deep slow breaths, love yourself, spa music, etc. I was so wrong.
It was intense. As the session progressed I went through such a range of emotions and physical sensations.
Chloe is such a welcoming presence. When I walked in I had my walls up, when we ended I felt like I had so much to share about what I had just experienced. It kind of cracked me open. I've been sitting with it for days now. It was amazing.
Also, what a beautiful space to experience it all in.
Chloe's a gift! Can't wait for the next one.”
